Do you ship worldwide?
Axellia London ships worldwide, all items will have a processing time of 1-2 days after the order has been placed by the customer before the item is shipped. Delivery time does not include processing time.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, address can be changed within 24hrs after the order has been placed. Send an email to info@axellialondon.com with your order number.

Where is my order?
We aim to get your orders to you in the time frame mentioned above, but this cannot be guaranteed and is dependent on the logistics of the shipping company. Kindly allow 10 working days and if you’ve not received your parcel contact info@axellialondon.com
Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it
Kindly reach out to the delivery company to look into the issue, if unresolved with the delivery company, email info@axellialondon.com. We will not resend the items or refund for the items until the enquiry has been completed by delivery company.
Returns
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken.
Will you refund my postage costs to return an item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
-If we sent you the wrong item
-If the item is damaged or faulty
-Where you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep
We will not refund postage costs to return items which are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you.
